Yep. If you’ve been struck by the proverbial poisoned arrow, the most important thing is to extract the arrow and treat the deadly wound; everything else pales in comparison. Sadly, most sentient beings don’t even realize they are impaled by such an arrow. There are just too many things to distract us from our suffering!
